TIP:  Some accent items may be found at garage sales, auctions & junk stores.  Crafty folks may also add special touches with their creations.  Sometimes, a couple of cans of spray paint can assist.  Other items simply must be purchased.  

 

 

 

 

 

Decorating: Visualize the affect and mood that you desire to create. You can draft out a design on paper or on the computer. Some companies can create a computer-generated event layouts which will provide you with a visual image of your ideas, the decor and table layout. Various convention centers and hotels may also be able to assist in this service as well. For off-site vendors, inquire about conducting a site inspections in advance before making your final selections.
 
For any decorating that you and your helpers are personally doing for the event, put together (in advance) some supplies including:
