workshops and seminars! You can have a lot of fun organizing
community educational programs and meeting lots of people to promote

facilitations. And, if you have the skills, make the presentation

education units) credits and classroom hours. This can be a huge
demand in your community. Charge anywhere from $20 - $85 per person
depending on the type of program you are offering.
Topics can range anywhere from 'how to plan a
wedding' to 'children with disabilities.' Also, companies are
mandated by Federal Law to train their employees on sexual
harassment issues---there's a great market for this workshop title
and others! Topics can deal with serious issues i.e. child abuse to
informative topic areas for family and company staff.

allows you a lot of freedom to set your own schedule. Once you have
established your planning contacts and set up future workshops for
the calendar, you have a lot of time to spend doing the things you
love. Working around this, you set yourself in gear building
contacts. These contacts can be very useful if you are also planning
social events in addition to organizing workshops and educational
seminars.
You may have an area of expertise or special knowledge, yet this is
also an opportunity to expand on topic areas. Bring in the experts!
You don't have the be the expert on all subjects. Pay them a small
fee to promote their own knowledge, skill, service or business. Some
will conduct the presentation at no charge as an act of advertising.
The more technical and complicated topics may require those already
set up to conduct presentations. This will give you doors to
opportunity for other business and contacts for the future.
