LIQUOR GUIDELINES

The average drinker consumes 4 to 5 drinks in an evening

One quart of liquor will make approximately 20 drinks, using a 1 ½ oz jigger

One case (12 bottles) of champagne will serve 100 people with one drink

Liquor can be purchased by-the-bottle, by-the-hour, or by-the-drink each
