HOW to Order
Ordering is fast and extremely safe. To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the order button next to the item that you want. Most shopping-cart order buttons will say "Add to Cart". Make sure you enable your pop-ups so you can add to the cart. When you're finished shopping, click the words "View Cart" in the upper left corner of your screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Phone Orders?
PayPal security does not allow this web site owner to input customer credit card numbers via phone or fax, nor does site owner have permission to handle personal credit card information from customers.

FREE shipping pertains only to above regular delivery for the U.S.A. and does not include EXPRESS shipping needs; International customers outside of the U.S.A. will receive a discount for orders over $200, yet must add the global mailing fee.

Shipping Out Orders
I have an excellent stock, yet in the event that your choice is currently out of stock, I will email you and let you know how much delay there will be or seek an alternate style choice. A confirmation email is usually sent in addition to the PayPal receipt, so that you know that I received your order.
All attempts are made at mailing out your order within 2-3 days after payment has been received, HOWEVER, please allow up to 2 weeks during heavy holiday and seasonal times. Electronic Checks must clear before order is sent.
Most orders are hand personalized type of orders and require time versus the "pull and ship" products of other websites.
If time is of essence, RUSH orders MUST accompany appropriate payment and additional fees.
The only other issue concerns weather, postal slow-downs due to Sept 11th, U.S. Customs scanning, and any post-disaster that may occur. Order status: valerie.tillery@gte.net

Returns
NO personalized certificate can be accepted for return and refunded. I will replace a product wherein I have made a calligraphy error. If the error is caused by the purchaser, you will have to reorder; check with me first to inquire about a discount. Blank certificates and all other products can be returned for a refund---or exchange. Products MUST be returned in good condition. If you decide you are not happy with the blank certificate you ordered, return and I'll get you the one that you like better! These are heirloom items and your satisfaction is important.
